Job Description :

  • Maintaining and updating Client databases
  • Seek and target new customers and sales opportunities, initiate action plans to approach and secure new business.
  • Form good alliance with the builders and developers to carry a healthy financial transaction.
  • Represent company at Business expos, events and any activity leading to the impact of revenue
  • Relationship development with representative of commercial development or commercial properties
  • Visiting various integrated office complexes & market our services to the prospective clients.
  • Making cold calls on leads provided by the company reaching out to new clients and explaining them the benefits of the services of CentriX Interiors.
  • Reporting daily, weekly and monthly call reports in MS-Excel to the reporting manager. Also to ensure that the personal drives are up to date with all the client information with the contact details of the respective builders and developers.
  • Participate in marketing and promotional activities organized from company side
  • Data mining of business leads from the internet.
  • Other all activities of Business Development.
  • Present to and consult with senior level management on business trends with a view to developing new services and distribution channels.
  • Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales
  • Attend company conferences, events and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends
  • Knowledge on Digital marketing, social media marketing, SEM/SEO/SMO, Google analytics
  • Should have good communication skills
